Week 1 (June 1-5)
AM: Floor is Lava (ages 5-7) Darina
Watch out! Ms. Dorito is bringing "The Floor is Lava" to life. Students will study the inner-workings of volcanoes and earthquakes, what causes them, their effect on the ecosystem, and much more. Learn about Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii, Krakatoa and Mount. St. Helens. Build your very own Volcano! Students will get to use their creative minds and play a variety of games including "The Floor Is Lava"!
AM: Crafty Creations (ages: 6-9) Tabitha
Let your imagination run wild! Crafty Creators is a hands-on art camp where campers explore a wide variety of creative materials and techniques while making unique, one-of-a-kind projects. Each session encourages self-expression, experimentation, and creative confidence through fun and engaging art activities. Campers will paint, draw, sculpt, collage, build, and craft using materials such as clay, paper, recycled items, fabric, and natural elements. Projects are thoughtfully adapted to suit each age group, allowing younger artists to explore freely while older campers take on more detailed designs and challenges. Crafty Creators is the perfect space for young artists to create, explore, and have fun—no experience needed, just a love for making!

Love crafting? Want to make some fun pieces to wear and decorate with? Then come join us! This camp will offer jewellery making, making accessories, creating art to decorate, tie
dying, working with clay, painting, and even an intro to weaving!
PM: Rainforest Explorers (ages 5-7) Tabitha
Step into the jungle and let the adventure begin! Rainforest Explorers invites young learners to discover the wonders of the rainforest through hands-on activities, creative projects, and playful exploration. Children will learn about fascinating rainforest animals, towering trees, colorful plants, and the important role rainforests play in our planet’s health. Campers will enjoy nature-based crafts, sensory activities, storytelling, movement games, and simple science experiments inspired by the rainforest. From building animal habitats and creating leafy art to learning about weather, water, and conservation, every day is designed to spark curiosity and imagination. This engaging program blends art, science, and environmental awareness in a fun, nurturing setting—perfect for young explorers who love to learn, create, and connect with nature!
Week 2 (June 8-12)
AM: Astronauts in Training (ages 5-7) Darina
3-2-1 Blast off! Can you imagine floating through space, walking on mars, seeing the Earth from a rocket ship! If your camper has a big imagination and loves to be creative then they need to fuel up for a fun filled ride through the galaxy in the super fun Summer camp.
PM: Colorful Science Studio (ages 6-9) Darina
Step into the Colorful Science Studio, where art and science mix, fizz, swirl, and explode with creativity and COLOR! In this bright, hands-on camp, young scientists will explore the rainbow through experiments that change colors, bubble over, sparkle, and transform right before their eyes.
Campers will dive into color-changing chemistry, create rainbow reactions, mix their own “lava lamp” bottles, paint with science-based techniques, and experiment with light. Each day blends playful creativity with real scientific discovery—teaching kids how colors move, separate, blend, and react.
This camp is perfect for curious minds who love a little magic in their science. It’s messy, sensory, vibrant, and full of surprises! Campers will bring home their colorful creations and a new excitement for exploring the science behind the rainbow.
PM: Spa Science Lab: Pretty Potions (ages 5-7) Tabitha
Mix, experiment, and create! Spa Science Lab: Pretty Potions blends science and creativity as campers explore the chemistry behind fun, spa-inspired creations. Through hands-on experiments and sensory activities, kids will learn how everyday ingredients can transform into colorful, bubbly, and beautifully scented potions. Campers will create items such as bath fizzies, scented scrubs, lotions, and other spa-style creations while learning basic science concepts like mixing, measuring, reactions, and states of matter. Projects are adjusted for each age group, giving younger campers playful exploration opportunities and older campers more detailed experimentation. This engaging camp is the perfect mix of science, creativity, and self-care—leaving campers with cool creations, curious minds, and lots of bubbly fun!
Week 3 (June 15-19)
AM: Carnival Circus STEAM Spectacular Darina
Step right up to the most playful show in town! In our Carnival Circus STEAM Spectacular, young performers and creators will explore the magic of science, engineering, art, and math through a colorful circus theme. Campers will design their own big-top decorations, build mini carnival games, create spinning acrobats, engineer balancing acts, and experiment with fun science tricks that feel like real circus magic!
Each day blends imagination with hands-on discovery—mixing colors, making things move, stacking, balancing, building, and problem-solving through play. With bright materials, silly challenges, and lots of laughter, campers become ringmasters of creativity as they explore how things work while putting on their own tiny circus.

Calling all lovers of anything mystical! This camp is perfect for your creative camper to explore and learn about the magical world of Unicorns and Narwhals. Campers will have a blast while designing fun crafts, including sparkly slime, majestical flower crowns, and their own one of a
kind unicorn horn and narwhal tusk. This program is the ultimate combination of art, design, exploring outside, educational and physical activities, storytelling, and MORE!
AM: Magic Makers Art Camp (ages 6-9) Cat
Step into a world of wonder! In Magic Makers Art Camp, young creators will explore an enchanted realm filled with mystical creatures, sparkling potions, and imaginative surprises. Each day, campers will make hands-on art projects inspired by magic—designing their own wands, crafting fairy houses, creating whimsical charms, and sculpting fantastical creatures from clay and mixed media.
Campers will learn creative techniques while experimenting with color, texture, and storytelling. Step into an enchanted world where imagination takes flight! Fairy Magic invites young campers to explore a magical realm through creative play, storytelling, and hands-on crafts inspired by fairies and forest folklore. Each day is filled with wonder as children bring fairy tales to life through art, nature exploration, and imaginative adventures. Campers will create fairy houses, design wings and wands, mix “magical” potions, and explore the natural world for hidden fairy treasures. Through movement games, collaborative play, and creative projects, children will build confidence, creativity, and social skills in a nurturing, joyful environment. AM: Cookie & Cupcake Decorating (ages 5-7) Darina
Welcome to the sweetest camp of the summer! In our Cookie & Cupcake Decorating Camp, young bakers will explore the colorful world of edible art. Each day, campers will decorate cookies and cupcakes using frosting, sprinkles, candies, piping bags, edible glitter, and fun themed toppers.
Campers will learn simple decorating techniques—like spreading smooth frosting, making swirls, adding patterns, and placing decorations with care—while letting their
imaginations run wild. This camp is all about creativity, confidence, and play. Kids will take home their decorated treats (and maybe eat a few along the way!). Perfect for young artists who love color, sweets, and hands-on fun in the kitchen.
AM: Little Sherlocks Mystery/Detective Challenge (ages 6-9) Tabitha
Calling all curious minds and clever problem-solvers! Little Sherlocks: Mystery & Detective Challenge invites campers to step into the role of junior detectives as they crack codes, follow clues, and solve exciting mysteries. Each day brings a new case filled with puzzles, logic challenges, and hands-on investigations. Campers will learn detective skills such as observation, critical thinking, evidence gathering, and teamwork. Activities may include fingerprinting, decoding secret messages, mapping clues, conducting simple experiments, and creating their own mysteries to solve. Through games, role-play, and creative challenges, kids will sharpen their reasoning skills while having tons of fun. This engaging camp blends science, logic, and imagination—perfect for kids who love puzzles, mysteries, and thinking outside the box!
AM: Tie Dye Creations Camp (ages 6-9) Cat
Get ready for a super fun and colorful week at Tie Dye Camp with artist Cat Brantley! In this hands-on, creative camp we will explore the vibrant world of fabric dyeing with classic tie-dye, traditional indigo dyeing, and fabric collage to make unique, one-of-a-kind creations.
Campers will learn ancient and modern techniques of fabric dyeing, using a variety of clips and binds used in the traditional Japanese Shibori tie dye methods. Campers will also experiment with indigo dye, a deep blue natural dye, to create stunning indigo pieces. We will have some fun experimenting with batik resist methods, and finish off with a vibrant fabric collage, layering different materials dyed throughout the week to make colorful, textured designs.
** Please provide a 100% cotton t-shirt in your child’s size for the tie dye t-shirt, pre-washed in warm soapy water and dried. All other materials will be provided. **

Calling all animal lovers! Zoology: An Animal Adventure Lab invites young scientists to explore the amazing world of animals through hands-on experiments, creative projects, and playful discovery. Campers will learn about animals from around the globe—how they move, what they eat, where they live, and what makes each species unique. Children will dive into fun activities such as building animal habitats, examining tracks and textures, sorting animals by traits, and creating animal-inspired art and models. Through simple science experiments, games, and storytelling, campers will begin to understand basic zoology concepts like habitats, adaptations, life cycles, and conservation. This interactive camp blends science, imagination, and creativity in a supportive environment, making it the perfect adventure for curious kids who love animals and learning!

You never know what you could come across in the wild.. is it poisonous? Or delicious? Or both! Join Camp Cyclone's very own, Ms. Darina for our "Edible Science" camp. Students will explore the world's odd delicacies, rare foods and learn what not to eat! Through scientific experiments, students will finally be able to "play with their food". They will also create Edible Science through different recipe challenges to see who can make the most tasty treats. This creative and experimental program is perfect for your little scientist who loves all things food!
*This may not be the best camp for those with food allergies

Flutter into a world of color, creativity, and discovery! Butterfly Garden Studio invites young learners to explore the magical life of butterflies and the gardens they call home. Each week, children will enjoy planting butterfly-friendly flowers, creating nature-inspired art, crafting butterfly models, and observing real-life changes through stories, games, and simple science activities. Week 7 (July 20-24)
AM: ABRACADABRA! Secrets of Science & Magic (ages 5-7) Darina
Prepare to be amazed! In Abracadabra Camp, young magicians will discover the surprising connections between science and magic. Campers will learn real magic tricks, create illusion props, and explore hands-on science experiments that feel like pure enchantment.
Throughout the week, we’ll uncover the “secrets” behind the magic—how light, motion, chemistry, air pressure, and simple physics can create jaw-dropping effects. Kids will build their own trick kits, practice fun sleight-of-hand moves, and try experiments that bubble, pop, vanish, and transform.
This camp is a perfect blend of science learning and magical wonder. Campers will gain confidence as they master tricks to impress (and confuse!) their friends, while also discovering the scientific principles that make the magic possible. It’s curious, playful, hands-on, and full of surprises—abracadabra!

Design it, make it, wear it! DIY Accessories Studio is a hands-on creative camp where campers become designers and makers of their own unique accessories. From bracelets and necklaces to hair accessories, keychains, and wearable art, kids will explore a variety of materials and techniques to bring their ideas to life.
Campers will learn basic design principles, color coordination, pattern-making, and simple crafting skills while working with beads, fabric, clay, yarn, and recycled materials. Each project encourages creativity, fine motor development, and self-expression, with plenty of room for personal style and imagination.
DIY Accessories Studio is a fun, confidence-boosting experience where creativity shines
