June 2-6

Astronauts in Training

(Ages 5-7) 9am-12pm

3-2-1 Blast off! Can you imagine floating through space, walking on Mars, seeing the Earth from a rocket ship! If your camper has a big imagination and loves to be creative then they need to fuel up for a fun filled ride through the galaxy in this super fun Summer camp.

 

The Floor is Lava

(Ages 5-7) 1pm-4pm

Watch out! Ms. Darina is bringing "The Floor is Lava" to life. Students will study the inner-workings of volcanoes and earthquakes, what causes them, their effect on the ecosystem, and much more. Learn about Mount Vesuvius and Pompeii, Krakatoa and Mount. St. Helens. Build your very own Volcano! Students will get to use their creative minds and play a variety of games including "The Floor Is Lava"!

 

June 9-13

The Floor is Lava

(Ages 5-7) 9am-12pm

Watch out! Ms. Darina is bringing "The Floor is Lava" to life. Students will study the inner-workings of volcanoes and earthquakes, what causes them, their effect on the ecosystem, and much more. Tie Dye Camp 

(Ages 6-9) 9am-12pm

(Ages 8-12) 1pm-4pm

Get ready for a super fun and colorful week at Tie Dye Camp with artist Cat Brantley! In this hands-on, creative camp we will explore the vibrant world of fabric dyeing with classic tie-dye, traditional indigo dyeing, and fabric collage to make unique, one of a kind creations. 

Campers will learn ancient and modern techniques of fabric dyeing, using a variety of clips and blinds used in the traditional Japanese Shibori tie dye methods. Campers will also experiment with indigo dye, a deep blue natural dye, to create stunning indigo pieces. We will have some fun experimenting with batik resist methods, and finish off with a vibrant fabric collage, layering different materials dyed throughout the week to make colorful, textured designs. 

Please provide a 100% cotton t-shirt in your child's size for the tie dye t-shirt, pre-washed in warm soapy water and dried. All other materials will be provided.

 

Young Scientists 

(Ages 6-9) 1pm-4pm 

Join Ms. Darina as Young Scientists! This STEAM focused program is designed for students to use their hands and creative minds to bring their scientific ideas to life. Each day we will have a new fun and exciting experiment; from making volcanoes, homemade slime and cardboard robots, to human-sized bubbles and much more. Bring your imagination and your scientific thinking cap!

 

June 16-20

DIY Jewelry Making

(Ages 6-9) 9am-12pm

Love crafting? Want to make some fun pieces to wear and decorate with? Then come join us! This camp will offer jewelry making, making accessories, creating art to decorate, tie dying, working with clay, painting, and even an intro to weaving!

 

Way of Water 

(Ages 5-7) 1pm-4pm

Join Ms. Darina for water balloons, water guns, slip n' slides, join The Way of Water and get drenched in fun!

 

June 23-27

Unicorns and Narwhals

(Ages 5-7) 9am-12pm

Calling all lovers of anything mystical! This camp is perfect for your creative camper to explore and learn about the magical world of Unicorns and Narwhals. Campers will have a blast while designing fun crafts, including sparkly slime, majestical flower crowns, and their own one-of-a-kind unicorn horn and narwhal tusk. This program is the ultimate combination of art, design, exploring outside, educational and physical activities, storytelling, and MORE!

 

Edible Science 

(Ages 5-7) 1pm-4pm

You never know what you could come across in the wild... is it poisonous? Or delicious? Or both! Join Ms. Darina for her "Edible Science" camp. Students will explore the worlds odd delicacies, rare foods and learn what not to eat! Through scientific experiments, students will finally be able to "play with their food". They will also create Edible Science through different recipe challenges to see who can make the most tasty treats. This creative and experimental program is perfect for your little scientist who loves all things food!

This may not be the best camp for those with food allergies 

 

July 7-11

The Amazing Amazon Rainforest

(Ages 5-7) 9am-12pm

Come with us on an adventure through the deep dark Amazon. The Amazon is the world's largest rainforest. It's home to more than 30 million people and one in ten known species on Earth. This camp will help build an understanding of scientific concepts through exploration, crafts, stories and research. We will learn how the scientific method can help us answer the questions we have about the natural and the mystical world of the Amazon. We will stretch our imaginations and understanding of this natural wonder.

Zoology

(Ages 5-7) 9am-12pm

Do you love animals as much as we do? Do you know a lot about animals, yet still have so many questions? In this camp, we are going to widen our knowledge on animals and try to understand more about why animals act in the ways they do. From the birds in the sky to the fish in the sea, we will cover it all. You will walk away with lots of fun facts, as well as some fun craft projects. 

 

Ocean Explorers

(Ages 5-7) 9am-12pm

Dive into the deep blue at Ocean Explorers Camp, where young adventurers embark on an unforgettable journey to discover the wonders of the ocean! This hands-on, immersive camp is designed for curious campers who want to learn about marine life, ocean ecosystems, and the vital rile our oceans play in the health of our planet. Through engaging activities like interactive lessons, guided marsh and tide pool exploration, and replicating your own ecosystem, campers will gain a deep understanding of marine biology.

The World's Most Venomous Creatures 

(Ages 5-7) 1pm-4pm

Are you the type of kid who actually likes spiders? Are fangs fascinating? This cool and unique camp will explore the worlds most dangerous and most venomous creatures alive. From the Box Jellyfish to the innocent looking tree frog, small creatures can pack a big punch.
